• Help estimate the benefits of SOA adoption and conduct TCO/ROI Analysis
• Estimate SOA readiness and define SOA implementation roadmap tailored for the needs and objectives of the business
• Define and implement a Governance framework
• Help select or build appropriate software tools for implementing the SOA architecture
• Help define a set of development processes leveraging SOA and various services identified and published to the repository and registry
• Conduct interviews and workshops to build a repository of existing assets and migration/integration efforts
• Design and develop interfaces needed for a project with a view to a future SOA strategy
